ProtectaChill Gel Packs
Developed, tested and validated in-house, ProtectaChill Gel Packs have been engineered for maximum performance and durability. Featuring high-quality films and extra strong seals, ProtectaChill is 100% non-toxic, eco-friendly and stays frozen significantly longer than ice. Sancell Gel Packs are safe to use with food, seafood, pathology samples and temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals.
All Sancell products are proudly manufactured here in Australia under strict ISO 9001 Quality and ISO 14001 Environmental guidelines. Reuse ProtectaChill or recycle its LDPE4 outer case in REDcycle bins found in over 1,850+ Australian supermarkets. Once collected, these recycled plastics are sent to REPLAS where they are re-purposed into a range of outdoor products such as decking and fencing.

Made with 20% recycled content and 100% recyclable LDPE4, EnviroTherm offers maximum thermal protection to ensure your goods arrive in tip-top condition. Sancell’s EnviroTherm makes packing, storing and sending temperature-sensitive goods easy and convenient.
Unlike bulky and rigid polystyrene and natural fibre alternatives, Sancell Thermal liners are lightweight, compact and easy to use; resulting in further operational and environmental savings. Much like our ProtectaChill Gel Packs, EnviroTherm is approved for recycle through the REDcycle program.
The Wholesome Dog have created the ideal solution for busy pet owners who want the best for their dogs but are too time-poor to cook fresh dog food at home. Strict quality control guidelines are incorporated into our processes to ensure our products are fit-for-purpose and made for maximum protection and durability.
Our ISO 9001 Quality accreditation sets the benchmark for both quality of the product we produce and the level of service we provide. We strive to continuously improve our processes and systems to not only meet our customer expectations but exceed them.
Environmental Processes
In addition to ISO 9001 Quality and ISO 45001 Health and Safety, we have held an ISO 14001 Environment certification since 2009. Our commitment to best practice and constant improvement is proven through our Environmental Management System and dedication to Environmental Initiatives.
Our Cold Chain Solutions are made from 100% recyclable Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE4), and our EnviroTherm range contains a minimum of 20% recycled content. We recycle up to 80% of our LDPE4 waste in-house using our own recycling machinery. Once the waste is converted into recycled pellets, they are fed back through our extruder machines and into our products. The remaining 20% not recycled in-house is processed by external recycling companies and repurposed into products such as carrier bags and builder films.
Though seemingly simple, our Cold Chain products are cost-effective, safe and suitable for use across a number of industries.
